Bill creates framework for the divestiture of a foreign government's property ownership
Makes allowance for the attorney general to petition an Idaho court for a receivership allowing the State to seize and sell the foreign governments prohibited property right.
Proceeds of the sale shall be disbursed to lienholders, in order of priority, except for liens that, under the terms of the sale, are to remain on the land, rights, or claims.
