Filing fees for the reports are LLC, profit corporations, LLPs, pay a fee of $12.50.
Nonprofits pay $2.50 and partnerships pay $5.00; payment can be made online with a credit card, an eCheck or through an existing eHawaii.gov subscriber account.
Reporting Deadline
