TX INS accepted NCCI advisory loss cost filing which proposed overall average decrease of 11.5% to current loss cost level reflecting revisions to some classifications.
For all workers' compensation policies effective on or after Jul. 1, 2024, insurance company must use their own insurer-specific classifications or 2025 NCCI lost costs.
