IDA LEG Workers Comp Burial Expenses

IDA LEG passed bill HB 67 on worker's compensation insurance funeral coverage.
Amends IDA LEG 72-436, burial expenses; expands coverage, increases maximum.
Goal is to ensure all necessary costs associated with burial process are covered.
Bill Provisions
Increased the maximum covered burial expenses from the current cap of $6k to $10k.
Clarified that the transportation of the worker's body is a covered burial expense.
Removed geographic limitations on coverage for the transportation of the body.
