Bill Provisions
Amendments to include certain types of vehicles in the abandoned titling process.
Abandoned motor vehicle to mean any motor vehicle that is left on a public street or highway or left on private property without the permission of the landowner or tenant.
Motor vehicle means automobile, boat, house trailer, moped, motor truck, motorcycle, off-road vehicle, snowmobile, trailer, vehicles propelled by other than muscular power.
Excludes engine, farm wagon, road roller, traction engine, or if running on rails, tracks.
Removal agency would mean any public body, or private or nonprofit organization, authorized to remove, salvage abandoned, junk motor vehicles and other scrap metals
