On Apr. 12, FR ACPR announced the updated functional business card.
FR ACPR announced a new version of functional business card (CvF) on the OneGate portal since Apr. 10, 2024, incorporates changes particularly re investment firms.
Follows FR ACPR Oct. 2021 implemented changes required for DPM 3.1, see #118541.
Clarifications
Required statements under the IFR/IFD regulation for Class 2 investment firms have been refined according to the characteristics of each institution as of order 03/2024.
Expectations relating to the collection of remuneration under order 12/2023 (REM_BM, REM_HE and REM_PAYGAP) will be communicated in the next functional business card.
The scope of the RENT_IMMO and CREDITHAB collections has been modified for the institutions concerned, as well as for the table I_CLIENTRE.
The FP module has been corrected to allow the P04.02 state to be reset to False.
The LCR DA module has an error that relates to the C77.00 report: it is not required for establishments that declare their discounts with an individual (solo) scope.
This anomaly will be corrected in the next CvF which will be communicated in May.
COREPOF and FINREP9 modules have been opened for approval for order 03/2024.
Effectiveness
The new version of the business card is available from Apr. 10, 2024.
Jun. 2024 Updated Version
On Jun. 13, 2024, FR ACPR made available a new version of functional business cards on the OneGate portal to integrate changes regarding EBA reporting framework 3.4.
It also adjusted four modules, i.e. IRRBB re implementation of EBA reporting framework 3.4; AE re refined expectations for establishments qualified as Small.
FP re refined expectations to consider more precisely the Size & Complexity Class qualification; SBP_CR re expectations to consider the HDP/LDP models more precisely.
The new version of functional business cards was made available on Jun. 10, 2024.
Oct. 2024 Updated Version
On Oct. 15, 2024, FR ACPR informed that a new version of the Functional Business Card (CvF) has been made available on the OneGate portal on Oct. 14, 2024.
Integration of the interest rate risks for banking book (IRRBB) module re application of expectations for Monegasque credit institutions from the account period of Sep. 2024.
And for financing companies of instruction 2024-I-07 (#214761) from Dec. 2024.
The deadline for submitting the COREP_OF, COREP_LR, IFCLASS_2 modules is postponed to Jun. 30, 2025, for submissions in the first quarter of 2025 (Q1_2025).
The other modules remain due on May 12, 2025; Functional Business Cards (CvF) will nevertheless display the submission deadline of May 12, 2025 for all reports.
As a result, FR ACPR will deactivate reminders for the three modules concerned.
Feb. 28, 2025 EBA 4.0 Framework
On Feb. 28, 2025, FR ACPR said it deployed the EBA 4.0 Framework in the OneGate test portal; except for the DORA module which remains testable with version 3.5.
Developments may still be deployed including e.g., validation rules, in the coming weeks, in accordance with the latest publications from the European authorities.
