Bill Provisions
Provides that credit union shall deliver one (1) copy of the endorsed articles of incorporation, together with any required filing fee, to the Secretary of State for filing.
One original copy of articles of incorporation and bylaws to the Department of Finance.
Clarifies a section of the Idaho credit union act that has caused confusion among credit unions regarding filing of their articles of incorporation with Secretary of State.
Requires Idaho credit unions to register with the Idaho Secretary of State and file both their original and amended articles of incorporation and pay the required filing fee.
