Bill Provisions
Subtitle shall not apply to policies, plans, certificates, or contracts covering only accident, credit, dental, vision, or specified disease, illness, or health conditions.
Will also not apply to disability income insurance, paid family leave insurance, long-term care insurance; short-term nursing home insurance; Medicare supplement.
Also medical reimbursement coverage separate from primary policy, benefits under a flexible spending arrangement, or other types of limited coverage insurance policies.
Unless specifically indicated elsewhere in the revised statues, subtitle does not apply.
