Providers of very large online platforms and of very large online search engines issue transparency reports at least every 6 months under Article 42(1) of Reg 2022/2065, covering respectively periods from Jan. 1 until Jun. 30 and Jul. 1 until Dec. 31.
Providers of intermediary services, providers of hosting services, providers of online platforms, providers of very large online platforms and providers of very large online search engines shall make the reports referred to in this article publicly available at the latest by two months after the date of the conclusion of each reporting period.
The transparency reports of providers of intermediary services, providers of hosting services, providers of online platforms, providers of very large online platforms and providers of very large online search engines shall be based on the templates set out in Annex I to the regulation as of Jul. 1, 2025.

Implementing act on transparency reports under Reg 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
Reg 2022/2065 requires providers of intermediary services and online platforms to publish a transparency report on the content moderation in which they engage.
The implementing act lays down mandatory templates for these transparency reports.
The templates provide guidance on the form, content and other details of the mandated reporting, including harmonized reporting periods, following the mandate stemming from Article 15, 24 and 42 of DSA Reg 2022/2065.
