IDA LEG enacted HB 116 to remove Small Employer Carrier Reinsurance Program.
Repeals IDA INS 41-22-2210D, IDA INS 41-47-4708B, IDA INS 41-47-4709, IDA INS 41-47-4710, IDA INS 41-47-4711, IDA INS 41-47-4712, IDA INS 41-47-4713.
Amends IDA INS 41-47-4703, IDA INS 41-47-4706, IDA INS 41-47-4707, IDA INS 41-52-5206, IDA INS 41-52-5210, IDA INS 41-55-5501, and IDA INS 41-55-5502.
Bill Provisions
Repeals the Idaho Small Employer Carrier Reinsurance Program as being unnecessary.
Program has been deemed unnecessary as it currently has no active carrier members.
Makes amendments to remove definitions and code references and make corrections.
