On Apr. 9, 2025, NLD SAE published ministerial regulation for indexation of statutory minimum wage and publication of the statutory minimum wage in official gazette.
Ministerial regulation issued based indexation method prescribed in Article 14, first paragraph, Minimum wage and minimum holiday allowance act.
Amounts referred to in Article 8, first paragraph, under a and b, Minimum wage and minimum holiday allowance act shall be determined as: a. €14.06; b. €2,191.80.
Regulation and explanatory memorandum shall be published in government gazette.
Effectiveness
Regulation enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025.

Amounts referred to in Article 8, first paragraph, under a and b, of the Minimum wage and minimum holiday allowance act determined as: a. €14.40; b. €2,245.80.
Regulation enters into force on Jul. 1, 2025.
