PHI LAB said private establishments must submit annual report on labor component.
Follows PHI LAB Apr. 2022 issued establishment report on wages, see #134451.
Report
Shall include verified itemized listing of rank-and-file employees, learners, apprentices, and workers with disabilities, along with their corresponding salaries and wages.
Effectiveness
Private establishments must register and log in to the 2023 annual establishment report on wages online portal, available from Mar. 15, 2024 to Jun. 15, 2024.
