For experience training, which requires administrative fee, a fee of eight-hundredths percent must be paid by employer for calendar year 2026 and each year thereafter.
Bill requires the department to deposit the proceeds from the administrative fee in the clearing account of the unemployment compensation fund for clearance only.
The proceeds may not become part of the fund, and bill accounts for calculation of reserve ratio through 2026; investment fee rate and reserve ratio was also updated.
