Added new section VT LEG 21-005-006-495o to Vermont Statutes Online, to require employers to disclose the compensation or range of compensation for the job opening.
Posting that pays commission will state such and not required to post compensation.
It is unlawful for an employer to refuse to interview, hire, promote, or employ a current or prospective employee for asserting or exercising any right within this rule.
