Proposed Amendments
Rule is being amended to reflect the fact that most consumer complaints are now filed online, will require insurers to provide both Department of Insurance office locations.
Removed exceptions for certain types of insurance, notices must by sent at renewal.

Written comments due no later than 45 days after publication of the notice.
