On Apr. 2, 2025, LUX CSSF issued reminder regarding the new transmission method for internalized settlement reporting (CSDR art 9) starting from Jul. 1, 2025.
On Jan. 30, LUX CSSF outlined new settlement internalizer reporting.
LUX CSSF said from Jul. 1, 2025 reporting methods for settlement internalizers (CSDR Art. 9) will be exclusively through the two new methods, which will be free of charge.
These are: ZIP file submission (report in XML format) via dedicated eDesk process; automated ZIP file submission (also with report in XML format), via API (S3 protocol).
Applies to quarterly reports for current reference period (Q2 2025) and resubmissions for previous reference periods; historical external channels will no longer be accepted.
LUX CSSF will shortly issue pre-production potential testing deadlines, and user guide.
