Overview
The draft notice is set to regulate duties applicable to advertising disseminated by entities subject to POR CB supervision.
Defines principles and rules applicable to advertising for financial products and services subject to supervision, advertising for activity, institutional advertising disseminated by credit entities, financial companies, payment and e-money institutions.
Also by credit intermediaries, other entities authorized to act as credit intermediaries.
The draft aims to replace Notice 10/2008, reviews standards applicable to advertising.
Takes account of evolution of advertising activity, in line with increasing digitalization in marketing of financial products and services, financial innovation, new practices.
As well as the supervisory experience acquired in the meantime, it also seeks to adapt regulatory framework to legislative changes occurred post Notice 10/2008 publication.

Contributions must be submitted by completing Excel file available and sent by Oct. 17 to the address provided with subject line: Response to Public Consultation 2/2024.
Only contributions sent within the deadline in the manner indicated will be considered.
POR CB may publish the contributions received so interested parties who oppose its publication, in full or in part, must expressly mention this fact in the contribution sent.
