Informed of required adaptations for portability requests as per Res 210, #223921.
Overview
As provided Resolution 210, custodians, intermediaries and central depositories must provide a digital interface to investors for portability requests, comply with other rules.
By Jul. 1, 2025, intermediaries must be able to receive, process portability requests electronically, provide digital validation, report impediments, among other obligations.
If unable to comply with the order in the provided deadlines, must inform BVMF.
